Watch 'Prometheus' Land In The Official IMAX Teaser Trailer [HD]

A brand new IMAX teaser trailer for Prometheus has just arrived here on the 'Bid, and we couldn't help but notice how much familiar looking imagery is being presented...it makes you kinda wonder if Ridley Scott was telling the entire truth when he said that the film wasn't going to be a prequel to Alien. Regardless if it is or isn't, we're ridiculously stoked to see the film, especially after viewing this badass trailer. Also try to remember to check back later on in the day as the full length trailer is expected to make it's premiere.

Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron, Idris Elba, Sean Harris, Kate Dickie, Logan Marshall-Green, Patrick Wilson star.

Look for Prometheus to land in theaters on June 8, 2012 (3D/2D theaters and IMAX 3D).

Definitely seeing this film in theaters! I may watch it in 2D though, not too big of a fan of 3D
