In this great genre of ours holidays/celebrations have always been great themes for horror movies. Such clasc as Black Christmas, Halloween, Trick 'r Treat, and lent Night, Deadly Night have all given us a taste of blood and guts on these festive occasons. But to the best of my knowledge there has never been a film that has taken place on Cinco de Mayo... that is until now.

Although details are scant at the moment we do know that Darren Lynn Bousman is attached as director of the
upcoming project which looks very intriguing, and Andrew Howard (Limitless, the Hangover Part II) will be one of the stars to appear in the film which is slated to be released on May 5th, 2013.
A trailer for the film has been launched by the official webte of Cinco de Mayo but it is unclear at this time if the visuals are some sorta sales trailer or just a pitch for the film. Whatever the case may be, it sure has our attention. Check it out below and see if it grab's your attention as well.
