The film is based on the short film of the same now. How does the concept fair as a feature length film. I got to see it a little early.

Mama is horror film directed by Andres Muschietti from a screenplay by Muschietti, Barbara Muschietti, and Neil Cross. The film is produced by J. Miles Dale and Barbara Muschietti, with Guillermo del Toro serving as executive producer.
