Update On RESIDENT EVIL Television Series!

A few days ago we brought you the news that the UNDERWORLD franchise could be heading to the small screen for a possible TV series and it appears that rumors of RESIDENT EVIL taking that same path are true.

According to Variety, Constatin Films is very interested in developing a new television spinoff of RESIDENT EVIL. Martin Moszkowicz, who is a Constantin executive board chairman, has confirmed the claim and that the plan is to take the small screen route after Paul W.S. Anderson's next RESIDENT EVIL film has been released.

Anderson's RESIDENT EVIL: THE FINAL CHAPTER plans are at a standstill for the time being as he and Milla Jovovich's next child is expected to be born soon. So naturally, production will be put off until such time. Likely to be shot sometime in 2015, we will keep you updated.
