I have always liked the preparation scenes in films(not just horror) The character is getting kitted out to kick ass.

I dont know if i have explained it properly lol I am working a nightshift so my mind is rotting away a bit to think of loads. Dawn Of The Dead remake- When they are souping up the van A Nightmare On Elm Street- Nancy setting up the booby traps for Freddy Predator- Arnie setting traps for Predator

Ok, my fave is the scene in Halloween H20 when Laurie send off John and Molly and she breaks the control for the gate, grabs an ad and start calling Micheal out.
