Why did you start collecting horror stuff?

A lot of people when they come to my house and see a lot of horror stuff lying around, they always ask me: why this hobby?!.

I always say: I just love horror movies!

WHAT ABOUT YOU GUYS? WHY DID YOU START TO COLLECT THIS STUFF?

I use to be a big muc collector..cd's, records, tapes, posters. Whatever.

But that got boring, not enough "excitement".

And muc(new muc) started to get on my nerves and I slowly just started to loath anything to do with it..However I've always been a horror fan, but only watched the movies never collected.

So I put muc to the de and started divulging my money into horror memorabilia as oppose to muc memorabilia. I am a lot happier with my change in "hobby" haha. It's helped me mentally, my buness, and makes me seem cooler than anyone else. ;).

Me too! I think I am the only one here in my small country that collects this kind of stuff.

klempo ive been meaning to ask you this for quite a while, is it difficult to find movies and masks there or do you mply order things off the net from overseas?

Yeah Jonny most of the things I get from overseas. You can not find so many horror things here. You can get a lot of masks and toys that are commercial but not like this. We dont have so many people here in my country (2 million) and most of the like commercial stuff. Boring! And this can get quite expenve. For instance if I buy something that is outde from European Union, like from America I have too pay postage that is quite higher than usual + 24% taxes.

For example: one mask that costs 300 dollars:

300+50 (postage)+84 (tax)=434$

And most of my horror memrobilia is +24%taxes. But is stil more cheaper to buy from USA than UK or Germany where there is no taxes.

And for movies - you can get all the commercial crap, but usualy I get them abroad or on the internet.
