RETRACTION: HALLOWEEN 3D Rumors

Dear bidites,

We here at Horrorbid.com want to apologize for all the Halloween 3D rumors that were thrown around. Nothing has been confirmed as to the start of Halloween 3D, nor has it been green lit. We in no way made up these stories to "gain more traffic to the te". With the new "fan driven" aspect of the te we take the stories we get and try to verify them as thoroughly as posble. We just got a few bad tips and ran with it, for that we are very sorry and we will make sure that these mistakes are never repeated. Horrorbid.com is dedicated to bringing you true and accurate news at all times, so please forgive our fumble and we will surely make this up to all you bidites in the very near future.

ncerely

You guys have a good thing going here with a loyal fanbase, however this type of false reporting is killing your rep in the horror community. This is the second time that Horrorbid has reported falsely that Halloween 3 is a go. Remember the fake Halloween 3 Twitter account that got someone here to write a story that the film was a go?

It is hard to tell what is legit and what is not sometimes, but man, everyone here really needs to make absolutely sure about what your writing about. There have been numerous times that writers have been duped here over the last few years. Your webte is looked upon as a legitimate provider of Horror news, so please get the correct info out to everyone. Again, this is a unique webte that is very interactive for the horror fans, please don't make these big mistakes again. tes like this need to survive and be legitimate to keep this genre alive!

It is an understandable mistake that is bound to happen from time to time.

It is nothing to overreact about; false stories happen... and people just need to understand that, plain and mply, mistakes happen.

I think that Horrorbid is taking the right stance on this and that they are attempting to use this as a learning experience to improve the te.

I still greatly enjoy this te and am amazed at the concept driving it forward.

This is a phenomenal te that is fueled by fans and offers so many great options.

This is the freaking internet. People are bound to flub up every once in awhile especially with the tons of stories you guys weed through everyday with all the fans writing. BFD. It sucks and the movie will probably suck if it ever gets made also. You just caused a ton of fans to want to see another Halloween film, they ought to be paying you for publicity.
