A New Decade, A New Outlook, A New Beginning! - We Remember, Do You?

10 years ago today I celebrated my 21st birthday on this very day and also witnessed one of the worst tragedies in American history. A day I will never forget. . .yet wish I could. We as a country came together and for a brief period nothing else mattered. Good always comes from bad. Let us all still have that mentality of working together to be the very best. When we all stand together the true core of this nation is shown for what it is. To all of those effected by 9/11 are thoughts and prayers are with you as they were on that Tuesday morning. We truly will never forget. I remember, do you?

Will never forget a moment of it, clear as day in my mind where I was what I was doing and my reaction as I watched it happen. Every year nce I go to this park that you can see the city skyline in the distance, I loved it there and it was always so peaceful and it was never the same nce. To honor that day and the many lost souls and broken families and friends I t in the park and enjoy lunch, a book, and work on my writing. It is a very private activity of remembrance, I will never forget. Never!
