We've got a little nugget of info to pass on regarding Stephen King's upcoming horror novel Dr. Sleep which is actually the sequel to 1977 novel the Shining. King announced yesterday that the second draft off the book, is done, and according to King "It's a goddamn scary book."
This is great news and should really lence some of the critics who have questioned why the literary master of horror
drifted from the genre by releang his latest novel 11/22/63, which deals with a time traveler who attempts to prevent the John F. Kennedy assasnation which occurred on that date.

Dr. Sleep's plot involves a grown-up Danny Torrance who's now working in a hospice, where he "uses his powers to help ill patients to pass away without pain. Unfortunately, he runs afoul of a gang of wandering psychic vampires (known as the Tribe) who feed on people's energy."
Stay tuned for more details.
