Beetlejuice 2 May Finally Be On The Horizon, A Mysterious Image Reveals "It's Showtime..."

Could it be getting close to showtime again? For almost a year it's been heavily rumored that a sequel to Beetlejuice was in the works with Michael Keaton returning to play the iconic titular character. Although nothing has been officially confirmed as of yet, Seth Grahame-Smith - who's name has been attached to this project, posted an interesting update to his Twitter/Instagram this morning giving us

new hope. The writer, best known for his recent entries Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter and Dark Shadows, showed off a pic with the following message "It’s showtime…" Could this mean that writing has now begun on Beetlejuice 2?

Or maybe the script is finished... One things for sure, time will soon tell.
