First Teaser Video For THE STRAIN Season 2 Is Within!

Filmmaker Guillermo del Toro, author Chuck Hogan and writer/producer Carlton Cuse, brought us the first season of THE STRAIN which is based on the best selling vampire novel trilogy of the same title written by del Toro and Hogan. There were hints during the first season that chaos was on it's way. Well it appears that is the case as you will see in the Season 2 teaser trailer which awaits you below.

THE STRAIN stars Corey Stoll, Mia Maestro, Sean Astin, Kevin Durand, Natalie Brown, Jonathan Hyde, Richard Sammel, Robert Maillet, Jack Kesy, Ben Hyland, Miguel Gomez and David Bradley.

"The Strain is a high concept thriller that tells the story of “Dr. Ephraim Goodweather,” the head of the Center for Disease Control Canary Team in New York City. He and his team are called upon to investigate a mysterious viral outbreak with hallmarks of an ancient and evil strain of vampirism. As the strain spreads, Eph, his team, and an assembly of everyday New Yorkers, wage war for the fate of humanity itself."



Season 2 of THE STRAIN is Coming to FX this summer. No official date has been set as of yet.
