Gloria Charles Passes Away

Sometimes in films, the minor characters are the ones that are most memorable. They come on screen for a short time, then end up leaving a lasting impression that we cannot forget. This was the case with Gloria Charles who played the rebellious biker named Fox on FRIDAY THE 13TH PART III.

Larry Zerner, who played Shelly in the film, made the announcement that he has learned that Gloria Charles sadly passed away back in December.



B-D reports that Charles died from an unspecific illness which required around the clock care.



Gloria Charles also appeared in BREWSTER’S MILLIONS, As well as some episodes of the soap opera FALCON CREST, and also appeared in other hits such as NATIONAL LAMPOON’S EUROPEAN VACATION, THE A-TEAM, and THE JEFFERSONS. In 2009 and 2013 she provided commentary in documentaries HIS NAME WAS JASON, and CRYSTAL LAKE MEMORIES.
