Next up on the Domestic Box office comparison, "Child's Play" series.
So far we've looked at Halloween, Friday the 13th, A Nightmare on Elm Street, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Hellraiser.
Remember, these numbers are not adjusted for ticket price inflation.
Child's Play: $33,244,684
Child's Play 2: $28,501,605
Child's Play 3: $14,960,255
Bride of Chucky: $32,383,850
Seed of Chucky: $17,083,732
So even not accounting for inflation, the original still comes out on top.
Not really surprised but I thought Bride of Chucky might have had a chance of winning . . .only because there was a big stir about that movie when it was released.
No shock with part 3 at the bottom . .. even though I thought Seed might end up there too.
So, nothing too unexpected here.

Chucky is underestimated by many I believe. Terrible sequels ade the first movie was ingenou I thought.
