HSS OFFICIAL DEPARTURE FROM MYERS SCULPTS

I'm officially done sculpting Myers masks.

The mask really doesn't hold any challenge for me and there's a lot of characters out there that need to be done as a mask/prop.

The mask that will mark the end of my Myers sculpting is the Glenn Strange Frankenstein, this will be posting in a separate thread. Although the 5 Myers masks I have on my catalog will still be available, I will no longer put any energy in sculpting Myers masks.

myers has pretty much been done to death. i cant wait to see some other things coming from hss.

Can't say I blame you Sam. I have come to prefer the other masks out there then Myers as there just seems to be so many now. I look forward to seeing the stuff you come up with.

Trust me and others when we say, just becasue there isn't anymore Myers coming from HSS, sure doesn't mean the train is going to stop. There's alot of other great stuff coming out of HSS, now that "WHITEY" has been slewed.

I agree with what Dren mentioned earlier....I would have loved to have seen a HSS H5! Im sad because the HSS Myers masks were great and affordable. That being said Im looking forward to an onslaught of killer masks by Sam!

I agree an HSS H5 would have been TITS!!! However, Sam is more then just Myers masks and we've seen that with his Big Ben, Tarman and the repaint to Lee's Pumpkinhead... I'm happy to see the White paint leave!!! How about an HSS Bub???

Hey Sam, have you ever thought about doing some sculpts from Nightbreed?

Peloquin and Kinski in particular.

I've been waiting on the Peloquin bust from Daz for well over a year now, but it doesn't look like anything is going to come of it.

There is just so much good material from this movie bedes Dr. Decker.

I know there have been a few other offerings in the past, but pickings are slim for this one.

I promise I'll buy one of each.

I agree another H1/H2 would be a bit repetative but the H5 is so different. Maybe after a while an H5 would be a nice release!

We've already got two Deckers available at the moment, and the SSN veron will be extremely hard to top.

Some of the other characters are desperately needed.

A Part 4 hood done right. Meaning actual coverage of the shoulder, chest, and upper back area. Not like all the ones we have now that barely have a long enough neck to tuck it into our shirts.

I don't think Sam will be doing anymore slashers. The only (somewhat) slasher that he'll be doing, is a full ze BIG BEN, but that won't be for a real good while now, nce he has alot of other cool projects on the horizon.

SSN has the H5, which comes from the KNB mold/appliences. Can't get much closer then that.

Still, I have yet to see a hood with what I think is proper coverage of the upper body. I can't move in my DMC without it popping out of my shirt.

I think the whole slasher thing is over done and I am looking forward to adding more flavor to my collection.

There are only so many jasons and white masks you can have in your collection before it just starts looking really plain.

I will probably pick up this frank when my finances allow it.

I still have a few more HSS items that I plan on purchang, so Sam go ahead and add this to my shopping list. LOL

I noticed that he has the Aircorpse listed on his future projects page along with a few others including a Spock.

I really like the Spock idea.
