They were all about $385.00 each it was an auction on ebay

for the masters and the rights to reproduce I would not pay that much for a blank. Nothing was ever giving to me because I liked it.

I am an artist and sculptor and a buness man we are a LLC. corporation

Offenve studio’s LLC. Trading as FUCKDUPSTUFF we have been in buness for almost two years . We have a team of artists a 2500 sq. ft shop a buness address a web te ,an ebay store with 100% potive feedback. We also attend all the major trade shows across the country

to display our original products. We are also insured and carry product liability for all products. I don’t make this stuff in my mom’s basement.

I bought them and was never really into the whole selling licensed merchandise the Myers style mask not my thing to get rich on other peoples work . Wile Jake told me no problem he did it it’s a little different go with it you’ll sell a ton. I never made the mold off of my master and sat on it

, he knew that I wasn’t going to make them because I told him how I felt about it. Also he told me he destroyed all the molds .

So a year and a half go’s by and I see my MR.HAPPY which I paid $385.00 for being sold by this guy I got a little pissed but really didn’t care because I wasn’t even making them. So I decided to sell it on ebay the masters were packed away in our shop so I just copied his pics And listed it to sell what I bought

a master and the rights to reproduce. Then this guy starts slamming me like it’s fake im very far from fake. So you can take his word if you like but I am far from a re caster and you can have a one ded debate on your forum but I know what I paid for. I have contacted Jake about this and have not gotten a response as of yet . Why be cause he’s the one selling stuff twice.Thanks again J

Oh you can bet your sweet ass I am posting sum pics!!! I'll do a good one for Bob to post up on his Myspace... I thought Bob hooking us up with Free T-Shirts was WAY KOOL, But this REALLY takes the cake!!! Bob, you're an Awesome Individual Brother and I really apreciate this from the bottom of my heart!

I'll shed a small story why this thrills me more than most,For the past month now, I have been Cleaning out, Fixing and Remodling my new shop so I can get into Mask making rather then just a few props here and there... The building is not that big, but big enough that I can work in and do this as a career. I have never atempted this before, but I have a strong will power to do this and I think I will be just fine. Money has been really tight with me lately as I have been pinching pennies to get a kit. So with this "FREE" blank, I can actually practice my paint skills and that makes me happy as all get out!!!

and Bob your Invoice says nothing about a Mr. Happy Mask does it? and also, all your other masks have Master wirtten in them EXCEPT the Mr. Happy.. But, mine Has Master written in it....so, what does that tell you?

On the mr.happy mask though. I thought I threw that one in the mix cause you bought so many. You said you wasnt going to produce it, cause it was a myers mask, but might cast 2-3 up for your friends. Recently a guy asked to buy ownership to the mask. I figured you wasnt doing anything with it so I went ahead and sold the ownership rights to this other guy. It was probably a bad idea sense I went on assuming things. I am sorry its made a mess out of your name and on another forum. I am trying to find all the information on are deal so I know whos in the right and wrong. I have a feeling I fucked up along the line somewhere. I'll back track and get back to you and the other guy. He does now own ownership and can offer the piece.

I dont know the best way around this. But you should know you dont have the right to resell the rights to produce my work to other companys without my say. I am still the owner of the piece of artwork.

I will get this fixed for both of you shortly. weither you sell 3-4 of the myers to make the 385.00 back or I sculpt a new myers and let you or him offer the new one instead. . or you both offer the piece.. but I dont know how that can happen now, cause I sold the ownership rights to this other guy.

Sorry for the hassel and the pain in the ass. I should of contacted you sooner to make sure you were doing nothing with the myers.. I havent seen or heard anything on it for the past year so it was my mistake to assume you werent doing anything with it.

alright guys, I think everyone has had there say. It's an unfortunate tuation of someone selling the rights to a mask twice. You both have issues with the guy that sold the rights and no wonder you both were upset, I would have been also.
