Dream Girl based on the nurse scene in ANOES pt3 the Dream Warriors. It was sculpted to resemble an unused scene/original take in which the actual nurse had on Freddy make-up. Like other Lubatti pieces I think it already looks killer from the neck up but for collectors who want more...you get the best of both worlds
