I decided to start a new trend this year: carve a scene from every one of my favorite horror movies of all-time.

This year I was inspired by Trick 'R Treat.

The pumpkin carving features the logo with Sam, the flaming pumpkin (from the bedroom scene) and a shot of Mr. Kreeg's house when he opens his door.

The scene was inspired from the graphic novel.

I have attached several photos including the graphic novel picture for reference.

I will let you decide which photo to post.

Yes, this was all done on only one pumpkin.

I hate to call out Francisco Redding, but that pumpkin is not his.

The predator pumpkin was sculpted by a figure sculptor named Ray Villafane.Here is the same picture on his te: http://www.villafanestudios.com/pumpkins.htm

I knew because I marveled at his work for years and was inspired to sculpt pumpkins in the same way, even though I failed miserably.

So... sorry to call out Mr. Redding... but he didn't sculpt that.
